CAAR offers many classroom continuing education courses throughout the year. Check out the current schedule.

Home Study
The Capital Area Association of REALTORS in conjunction with the Illinois Association of REALTORS offers two
home study options for continuing education classes. REALTORS may take classes on audio cassette or online
(see below) at their own convenience rather than sit in a traditional classroom for scheduled continuing
education classes. Home Study courses are available for purchase from CAAR.
The State of Illinois requires a proctored exam for all continuing education courses. Students may take the
proctored exam at CAAR. After completing the course, the student should contact CAAR to arrange to take the exam.
